Yay... Rudolph is finished!!

I've enjoyed this one.

My BFF and I had a project in mind for a SAL start.. a cover kit from recent mag that we both have. Can I find the kit??  Can I heck?  I've been under furniture,  in boxes and bags.. where the hecky thump have I put it?  Might end up starting it with my own threads at this rate.

Never mind, it's got a week to show up!

BFF RAL ... yeeks almost forgotten

Sorry for the delay blogpeeps,  life has kind of taken over this week as Teen is due back at Uni tomorrow... as well as some (pleasant but busy) work stuff that I might share later down the line.

Finished off the cross stitch (although I keep finding Ninjas), and about halfway through the backstitch.

BFF RAL - lovely red nose

Felt the need for simple tonight so continuing with last week's cover kit.

Feels like good progress,  most of the bottom part of face complete, and im enjoying a simple stitch.

I do however have a bigger project i need to pick up again,  so hoping I can progress on that with a couple of days off work next week.

BFF RAL too many things

Too much non craft related things in my head this week.. will tell that tale eventually once it's all done with.

I too managed a few stitches after some thread sorting,  also on a seasonal mini.

BFF RAL- I've started..

...so I'll finish!! (At least all bar some felt to back the piece)

I wasn't feeling the first piece i picked up tonight, and with pale white on pale pink it wasn't worth a photo op.

So I changed my mind, and worked on this lovely Xmas ornament my BFF gave me a couple of weeks ago!!

Stitching on wood again was interesting,  this time with an odd plastic ball-tip needle.

And my love for Stitching metallic thread has not increased.   But I did manage to both start and finish in one session. And it does look splendiferous!!

BFF RAL and FFO

Time for a Random Along... just time to stitch together whilst contemplating our next move.

My RAL choice tonight allowed for a finish on my Holiday Mini project, a cover kit with my friend Eeyore. I've enjoyed this one a lot even with a bunch of tricky half stitches.

I have a soft spot for Eeyore, he reminds me of holidays with my BFF where we found ourselves alternately Tiggerish and Eeyoreish, and would embrace a little of each side as we went along.
